Who we work with

We already do this work for plastic surgeons, in Brazil.

These practices are Hubber clients. Their reputation, audience and clinical results are their own work; we are part of the team behind the marketing. In the U.S. we apply that experience with adaptation: a different market, different patients and different rules.

In their words

The surgeons mention MedGrowth, our brand in Brazil and part of the Hubber group. With our move to the U.S., it became Hubber.

Dr. Ícaro Samuel and Dr. Rafael Sabino

Nicolas Palma: Here with us are two plastic surgeons, big names in plastic surgery, clients of ours at the agency, and they're going to talk a bit about what the experience has been like here at MedGrowth. So, Doc?

Dr. Ícaro Samuel: Guys, here's the thing: MedGrowth is here to help us improve our paid traffic, to make it happen, to turn the lead into a consultation, to help us grow and leverage our clinic. And they definitely have the best opportunity to help the surgeon understand the process, because this is hard. We surgeons don't really understand what paid traffic is. We don't understand that traffic also depends on the creative. Many surgeons don't know what a creative is, and the creative depends on you making a video. Then they blame the traffic for not bringing the right lead, and your sales team isn't trained. So it's a series of factors that they manage to make clearer, more didactic. We start understanding the process, and it helps our clinic grow, as a result, with the tool they provide. And that's a win-win; everyone's in it together.

Dr. Rafael Sabino: Hard to add anything, you know? But without a doubt, it's an incredible company, incredible guys. It stops being that company we picture as a bunch of people you don't know, doing the same work for everyone. No, it's very personalized. I think that's the company's big differentiator.

Dr. Ícaro Samuel: Personalization. Because in plastic surgery especially, there's no point in being the same for everyone; it has to be personalized. And that's why, in the short time I've been with them, there has already been great progress, precisely because each person has their own characteristics. There's no point copying Rafael. There's no point copying Ícaro. It's personalized, and they help: "your style is this, your style is that, let's do it this way, the creative." And as a result, we gain from it. Gain what? Bringing in leads; the lead turns into a client for the consultation, and the consultation turns into surgery. That's our goal.

Nicolas Palma: Que legal.

Nicolas Palma: Everyone, I'm here at the hotel, at the Experts Club event. I ran into a great client, friend and partner, Dr. Luiz Cruz, and he's going to talk a bit about the experience he's having here with MedGrowth.

Dr. Luiz Cruz: Well, I'm here, very pleased, with Nicolas, who has been my mentor at MedGrowth in my growth on social media, my growth, my development, on Meta, on Google, on Facebook, on Instagram. And it was a real differentiator, disruptive, when I entered the world of artificial intelligence, which really is a game changer for anyone who wants to build a business and succeed.

Nicolas Palma: Have you closed consultations with artificial intelligence or not?

Dr. Luiz Cruz: Well, with artificial intelligence, my experience is that on Saturday night, it's selling consultations. On Sunday during the day, it's selling consultations. And that's what I didn't have. That was my pain point, and it was solved with artificial intelligence.

Nicolas Palma: That's great.

The problem

Where interest can get lost between the ad and the consultation.

  1. 01Discovery

A potential patient sees a reel or an ad. If it looks like everyone else’s, they may keep scrolling.

  2. 02Trust

They check your profile, your results and your reviews. Gaps here cost more than a weak ad.

  3. 03Contact

They send a message or fill out a form. If the reply takes a day, they may already be talking to another practice.

  4. 04Consultation

Someone books. Nobody knows which campaign, post or page brought them, so budget decisions end up based on guesses.

When content, ads, website and follow-up are run by people who never talk to each other, each one can look fine on its own report while opportunities fall through the gaps.

What Hubber Agency does

What Hubber Agency does, step by step.

Plastic surgery is a decision built on trust. Each step below is part of one plan, within the scope agreed with your practice.

  • 01

Help the right patients find you

Paid media on Meta and Google

Campaigns built around your procedures, your market and the patients you want to attract.

  • 02

Show your expertise and build trust

    Content planning and production

16 content pieces a month are included, planned with you around your procedures and the questions patients ask.

  • 03

Make it easy to reach out

    Website and landing pages

Pages that answer what patients want to know before they contact you, with a clear next step.

  • 04

    Keep track of every inquiry

Lead source tracking, pipeline, new-lead alerts and basic follow-up

Your team sees where each inquiry came from and is alerted when it arrives, with a simple pipeline and basic follow-up that help them reply and keep track.

  • 05

    Measure what moved and adjust

    Reporting and regular reviews

We review with you what advanced, from first click to the consultations your team reports, and adjust the plan.

Scope is agreed per practice and written into the contract. Full conversational AI agents, AI phone calls, complex CRM migrations and custom integrations are scoped separately. We are accountable for doing the agreed work, measuring it and reviewing it with you. Patient volume, surgeries and revenue also depend on your market, your offer and how your team handles each conversation, so they are not guaranteed.

Content we produce

We don’t just film. We arrive knowing what has worked.

After working with more than 100 plastic surgeons, we have a clear sense of which content tends to bring a patient closer to booking and which mostly collects views. So the planning happens before the camera comes out.

  1. 01

    The recipe

Formats and topics that have worked with plastic surgeons, and the ones we know to avoid. A format is a starting point, not a guarantee of results.

  2. 02

    Planned with you

Topics, scripts and calendar approved with you before anything is produced.

  3. 03

    16 pieces a month, included

Content production is part of Hubber Agency, within the scope agreed with your practice.

A few pieces filmed for surgeons in Brazil, in Portuguese. Some contain surgical footage, so nothing plays until you click.

Ad creative: the surgeon on camera
In the operating room: a technique, explained

Four steps, in this order.

  1. 01

    Diagnostic

We review your current presence, accounts, website and how leads are handled today.

  2. 02

    Priorities

We agree on what comes first, what we will measure and what is in scope.

  3. 03

    Activation

With your access and approvals, we set up tracking, pages and campaigns. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.

  4. 04

    Optimization

We review results with you on a regular cadence and adjust.

We work inside accounts that belong to your practice. You keep ownership of ad accounts, pages, domain and data.

Questions

Before you reach out.

Do you guarantee patients or revenue?

No. Patient volume, surgeries and revenue are not guaranteed, because they also depend on your market, your offer and how your team handles each conversation. What we are accountable for is the agreed scope: campaigns, content, pages, tracking and basic follow-up, done on schedule, measured and reviewed with you.

Your clients are in Brazil. Why the U.S.?

Our experience comes from working with plastic surgeons in Brazil. In the U.S. we apply it with adaptation to a different market, platforms, competition and rules. We do not promise to replicate any Brazilian result.

Who will work on our account?

Nicolas leads Hubber’s work with practices in the U.S. and stays involved in the strategy. The production and campaign team is Brazilian and works remotely, in your time zone.

What happens after I send the form?

You see a confirmation that the request was received. Nicolas then replies by email or phone to find a time for a 30-minute conversation about your marketing: your current presence, your goals and the priorities we see. Sending the form does not book a meeting, and there is no obligation.

Will you add me to a newsletter or send promotional texts?

No. We use your details only to reply to this request. Your phone number is for a call or text about this request, never for promotional messages.

Do you need patient data?

No. Marketing does not require patient medical information, and this form only asks for business contact details. Please do not include patient information in it.
